Eligibility Period

You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order. This window allows you to reflect on your purchase and ensure it aligns with your aesthetic.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Tags must be attached, and items should be in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

To preserve the sanctity of personal adornment, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • JEWELRY (Due to its intimate nature and hygiene reasons)
  • HEADWEAR (For health and hygiene considerations)

These exceptions are necessary to protect the darkness we all cherish.

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Contact our customer service acolytes at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Await Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.
  3. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include the original invoice, and clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  5. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email within 5 business days regarding the status of your refund or exchange.

Refunds: The Return of Your Darkness

Upon approval of your return:

  • Timing: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges: A Shift in Shadows

To exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the return process above. Once your return is received and approved, we will ship the requested replacement item. If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference; if it is of lower value, we will refund the difference.
